Moskva, ロシアWe were greeted by young staff who spoke English, which was a real plus. The welcome was rather lukewarm; the person left without a word, taking what we assumed were our room keys. We decided to follow them as best we could, carrying our suitcases up and down the stairs. This person practically ran, and my partner had to hurry so we wouldn't lose them. The room we had booked didn't have a window, to our surprise, but the one we were given did, unfortunately overlooking a very busy intersection (lots of noise, but it didn't disturb our sleep). The room was very, very small for two people (it was impossible to unpack or open our suitcases without blocking the entire room). The room itself was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and while the carpet wasn't very hygienic, we didn't notice any stains. We stayed for five nights with breakfast included. Breakfast was plentiful but not very varied; it was an à la carte menu offering only tea or coffee, no fruit. The staff were welcoming for the rest of our stay, except for our arrival. The hotel is well located; if you enjoy walking, Red Square is only a 15-20 minute walk away, and there's also a bus stop nearby.
